Furrows Showrooms now open

We hope that you and your families are well. In line with government guidelines, our showrooms were closed to the public between 24th March and 1st June.

During the lockdown period a small team at Furrows, workedtirelessly to prepare for reopening and we have done so with enhanced health and safety measures and strict social distancing guidelines to ensure we offer the safest environment for our customers. These measures include:

Sales Appointments
To limit the number of people in our showrooms we are introducing an appointment only basis for vehicle viewings and test drives.

Online Appointments
To reduce the need for showroom visits we now offer a digital experience. Where you can speak to our sales team via video call, and even reserve vehicles online.​

Social Distancing
Our showrooms have been adapted and setup to ensure that customers and staff can adhere to the 2m social distancing rule. When you visit our showroom a member of our team will guide you.

PPE & Sanitising Stations
Where needed all our team have access to the recommended PPE i.e. for test drives or when in contact with customer vehicles. We also have sanitising stations setup around our showrooms.

Showroom Cleaning
Our showrooms are now undertaking a more rigorous daily cleaning routine, ensuring that we provide a safe environment for our customers and team alike.​

Cashless Payments
We are also encouraging all our customers to use cashless payment, such as bank transfer, credit/debit card and/or contactless. Card machines are disinfected after each use.
