Following the Government's announcement on Monday 4th January, that the country will be entering national lockdown to limit the spread of COVID-19, we would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that Furrows will remain open. Whilst we will remain open, we will be making a couple of changes for this limited period. We will continue to take all appropriate measures to ensure that our dealerships remain a COVID secure environment for all.
Sales
Our sales showrooms and used vehicle displays are now closed to the public.
However, we will be operating a click and collect service on both new and used vehicles. You can browse our vehicle stock online at furrows.co.uk, and leave a £100 refundable holding deposit, as well as completing a full finance application. Alternatively, you can speak to a member of our sales team by contacting the relevant dealership on the numbers below or by emailing customercare@furrows.co.uk.
If you are currently in the process of purchasing a vehicle from Furrows, a member of our sales team will be in contact with you in due course.
Service & Accident Repair
If you have a scheduled appointment either with our Service or Accident Repair department, this will still go ahead as planned.
Each of our Service departments will remain open, so you will still be able to bring your vehicle in for MOTs, vehicle servicing and repair.
Please help us by only entering the dealership at your appointment time and not before so we can limit the number of people in the dealership environment.
Parts
Our Parts departments also remain open for purchases but collection must be by arranged appointment only.
