Furrows Limited are looking to take on a Financial Controller to join our existing Accounts team, working directly with the Finance Director. This is a role which will fit into a busy central accounts department of Furrows Limited based at the Telford Dealership.
We are looking for an additional member of the team to liaise with both internal management and external system providers to ensure that we are operating in the most efficient manner, challenging the day to day activities of the business and continue to keep us on target with company deadlines.
The role will support the current structure through the completion and review of month end accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, national statistics, audits, year-end statutory accounts, and budgeting. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the monitoring of departmental performance and be able to help and support departmental managers.

• Competent in Excel
• Good communicator

• Up to date knowledge in accounting regulations
• Good understanding of the motor trade
