
Service Manager – Ford & Kia (Shrewsbury)
This is an opportunity to lead, influence, and shape a high-profile aftersales operation representing Ford and Kia.
We are looking for an established, confident Service Manager — someone who knows what good looks like in a modern main-dealer workshop and has the presence, discipline, and leadership capability to deliver it consistently.
The Role
As Service Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the Service Department, leading an experienced team across workshop, service advisors, warranty, and support functions.
