Furrows Group has been serving motorists across Shropshire since 1918. Today we operate three dealerships representing Ford, Kia, Škoda and Geely, employing almost 300 colleagues across the group.

Due to retirement, we are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join ourfantastic team in Oswestry.

This is a key front-of-house role in a busy aftersales department where you’ll be the link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every visit runs smoothly and professionally.

The Role

You will:

• Welcome customers and manage service bookings
• Understand and record customer concerns accurately
• Create and manage workshop job cards
• Liaise with technicians and keep customers informed
• Explain recommended work clearly and professionally
• Promote additional work where appropriate
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time

What We’re Looking For

Ideally you will already be working as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment and be confident managing a busy service desk.

You’ll need:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A team-focused attitude
• Good IT skills
• A full UK driving licence

Advantageous Experience

• Keyloop / Kerridge
• eDynamix
• VW Group Accredited Service Advisor
• Experience with Ford or Škoda brands

Hours: Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week
Saturdays: Rota basis
Salary: Competitive depending on experience
