HR Administrator ​

We are looking for an individual to take on all aspects of the HR function within the Furrows group.

The core of the role is to be HR Administrator for the Furrows Group, based at our Telford site with some travel as required to Shrewsbury and Oswestry. The role will include maintaining the HR database, liaising with recruitment agencies, interview processes, employment letters, policies and procedures to name just a few. Confidentiality and discretion are a must, as is complete competence working with word and excel. You will need to be confident working within numerous teams and different individuals, supporting managers through their duties of HR also.
