We’re now looking for a time-served Commercial Service Advisor to be part of our continued growth and success.

If you’re an experienced Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the value of great customer relationships, and wants to be part of a team that’s going places — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for our commercial customers – building relationships, not just taking bookings.
• Translate customer concerns into technical instructions for the workshop.
• Manage the service process from start to finish, with clear communication and total transparency.
• Maximise service opportunities and upsell where appropriate — always with integrity and trust.
• Collaborate closely with our strong workshop and parts teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Service Advisor experience (essential) – ideally in a commercial or main dealer environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A genuine customer-first attitude with great attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Kerridge/Drive and E-Dynamix is a plus.
• Ford experience is helpful, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week. Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
