Position:
The Furrows Commercial Team in Shrewsbury is performing better than ever, with a new leadership team, record-breaking results, and an ambitious plan to become the best in the business. We’re now looking for a Service Advisor or Trainee Service Advisor to be part of our continued growth and success.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact for our commercial customers – building relationships, not just taking bookings.
- Translate customer concerns into technical instructions for the workshop.
- Manage the service process from start to finish, with clear communication and total transparency.
- Maximise service opportunities and upsell where appropriate — always with integrity and trust.
- Collaborate closely with our strong workshop and parts teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Service Advisor experience (desirable) – we welcome applications from candidates with a background in the hospitality sector.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A genuine customer-first attitude with great attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Kerridge/Drive and E-Dynamix is a plus.
- Ford experience is helpful, but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week. Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
