Call Centre Operative (Full Time) - Shrewsbury

Furrows Group is a privately-owned, family run business serving motorists in Shropshire and surrounding areas since 1918. We are a multi-franchise dealership with 3 sites based in Telford, Shrewsbury and Oswestry offering Ford, Mazda, Kia and Skoda.

We are currently recruiting for a Call Centre Operative, dealing with high volumes of calls, you’ll provide a high level of customer service whilst ensuring all customer queries are dealt with promptly. Experience preferred; however, training will be provided to the successful candidate with the required skills.

Duties:

  • Maximize customer awareness of all retailer services
  • Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times
  • Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration
  • Achieve the required standards of process efficiency
  • Supervision of the daily booking of aftersales work through the Service Workshop
  • Initiate job documentation and maintain customer records and follow up systems accordingly

  • Provide customer service effectively both face to face and on the telephone

Hours of work:Between the hours of 8.00am-6.00pm on a rotational basis, along with 1 late night. Saturday working as and when required on a rota basis (total of 42.5 hours per week).
