Furrows of Shrewsbury Accident Repair Centre is proud to announce that it has been awarded the prestigious Enterprise North West Region Customer Repair Network (CRN) NPS Award, recognising outstanding customer satisfaction and service excellence across the region.
Furrows of Shrewsbury achieved one of the highest scores in the North West region between September 2025 and January 2026, reflecting its consistent commitment to delivering exceptional service, high-quality repairs, and a seamless customer journey. The North West Region Award covers repairers on the Enterprise Repair Network between Stratford-upon-Avon in the South and Carlisle in the North of the region. In total, around 100 repairers would have been eligible for the award. This achievement highlights the dedication and professionalism of the entire team at the Accident Repair Centre, who work tirelessly to ensure every customer receives a first-class experience during what can often be a stressful time.
