This week our Business Specialist, Hayley Jay visited Shrewsbury School to talk to the students about the automotive industry and the roles involved within the industry.
Hayley engaged the students with an interactive presentation, highlighting the cutting-edge technology that powers the EV9. She explained the intricacies of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, including the differences between Level 1, Level 2, and DC fast charging. The students were fascinated to learn about the vehicle's impressive range and rapid charging capabilities, which make it a practical choice for both urban and long-distance travel.
To make the session even more engaging, Hayley organized a Q&A segment where students eagerly asked questions about career opportunities in the automotive industry. She provided insights into various roles, from engineering and design to marketing and customer service, encouraging the students to consider the diverse career paths available in this dynamic field.
The visit concluded with Hayley highlighting the importance of continuous learning and innovation in the automotive industry.
