Used Commercial Sales Trainee - Shrewsbury

A vacancy has arisen for a Used Commercial Sales Trainee based at our Shrewsbury dealership. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

Duties:

• Discussing customer needs and advising them on the most suitable vehicle
• Arranging test drives
• Negotiating sale and trade-in prices
• Working out finance arrangements and packages, which include organising registrations and delivery of vehicles
• Highlighting any additional products relevant to the customer
• Processing orders and completing relevant paperwork
• Updating customers on the progress of orders
• Providing all customers with necessary relevant information and literature
• Inspecting vehicles pre-delivery
• Protect customers data and help keep accurate and relevant data in order to use safely

• Good communication and listening skills
• Smart appearance with a polite and professional approach
• Good organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• The ability to work alone, without supervision
• Negotiation skills
• Customer service
• Good numeracy and literacy
• Full UK driving licence

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, 40 hours per week.
