Position:
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our aftersales contact centre based in Shrewsbury. Dealing with high volumes of calls, online bookings and live online chats you’ll need to provide a high level of customer service whilst ensuring all customer queries are dealt with promptly and accurately. Experience preferred; however, training will be provided to the successful candidate with the required skills.
