Position:

We’re looking for an ARC Vehicle Damage Assessor based at our Telford dealership. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will undertake the inspection of damaged vehicles, assessing the full extent of the damage along with the costs, repair and time frame.

Duties:

· To follow company and manufacturer guidelines

· Maintain an excellent working knowledge of Audatex.

· To achieve profit through accuracy and full appreciation of repair methods, opportunities and efficiencies.

· Hold strong communication skills with both internal and external customers, this will include entering accurate records of actions taken and or communications made on the company management system.

· Negotiation with insurance engineers

· Develop and or maintain an excellent knowledge and understanding of all insurer/customer contracts.

About you:

· Good professional negotiation skills

· Ideally have previous VDA/estimating experience

· Have a good working knowledge of Audatex and E-Scribe

· Excellent customer service skills

· Able to work as a team and have excellent communication skills

· Full UK driving licence

· Be flexible and adaptable to change
