Furrows of Telford wins Customer Experience award

Furrows of Telford is starting the year in celebration following the win of a Kia 2023 Customer Experience Award.

The annual Kia Dealer Excellence Awards celebrate the best dealerships in the UK, covering excellent customer experience and service, with customer satisfaction, sales, online Reputation score and quick responses to customer queries all taken into account. The Customer Experience Awards certificates are only presented to the top 20-performing dealers.

Gareth Theuma, Customer Experience Manager at Kia UK Limited said: “Kia had a record-setting performance in 2023 once again, with 107,765 sales, having sustainably built growth throughout the year. With any growth, it’s vitally important to continually raise the bar and put customers first, which I’m proud to say our dealers have done. 2023 was a noteworthy year for Kia, setting numerous new sales records and surpassing 100,000 sales for the second consecutive year. The brand finished the year as the UK’s sixth most popular, while it was also the third best-selling brand for electrified models in 2023 with 45 per cent of sales either a hybrid (HEV), plug-in hybrid (PHEV) or battery electric vehicle (BEV). The year concluded with the launch of the seven-seater fully electric EV9 – Kia’s new flagship model headlining the multi award-winning electrified range.
