We have won numerous Chairman’s Awards from Ford for our customer satisfaction achievements, and we are constantly striving to improve our standards still further.
Our efforts are being recognised at the very highest level too – the accident repair centre at our Shrewsbury dealership is the first in the UK to be awarded a BSI Kitemark, and is one of only 100 nationwide to qualify; and we have a high percentage of Master Technicians throughout our service teams.
