Job description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Group Service Manager to join our team. The Group Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the car and commercial service operations across our 3 branches. The successful candidate will ensure that our service delivery consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations, while also driving efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of service professionals across various departments or locations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service delivery metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional development and growth.
- Handle escalated customer enquires or complaints and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in service management and incorporate relevant insights into our operations.
- Oversee Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
